Load monitor for excavators and heavy machinery

The Series 1L monitors the load moment status of a machine being used for lifting.

The system is designed to alert the operator of the potential for overload as the load status approaches the maximum lift capacity of the machine.

How does it work?

The Series 1L is an entry level load limiting system that maximises lift capacity and productivity, and reduces the risk of machine overturn through overloading.

The machine operator is provided with a visual indication of load status as it passes 50%, 75% and 100% of the machine’s maximum safe lift capacity, with an additional audible warning as 100% of safe lift capacity is achieved.

It has an angle sensor fitted to the machine’s primary boom and a hydraulic pressure transducer measuring the hydraulic pressure in the primary boom lift cylinder.

The Series 1L provides accurate, cost effective capacity monitoring for hydraulic excavators, backhoe loaders, wheel loaders and lorry-mounted cranes.

Suitable for use on: Tracked excavators, wheeled excavators, backhoe loaders, tractors and lorry loading cranes.
